Exactly. And it's not just a matter of avoiding sexual harassment charges.
There are many other reasons for not allowing romantic relationships within
the management hierarchy.

May a CEO have a life? Possibly (though often the workload precludes it).
Should that life violate company policy and basic common sense? No, there's
no reason to allow that.

How this is on-topic for this newsgroup, I have no idea. But hey, if our
self-appointed charter copy can post, so can I.
