Default SideWinder

Just out of curiosity, does anyone have any idea why Microsoft has stopped
selling and/or making the sidewinder force feedback 2 joystick?

Seriously. Microsoft has stated that they stopped production of making
joy sticks and wheels because there was not enough profit in it. I
can see them stop mkaing the joysticks for sure because they are only
good for flight sims and there are only about one or two flight sims
released per year now and most flight simmers already own sticks. So
just who are they going to sell their sticks to?
