Default Pawnee window frame

Does anyone have a source for windows frames for a Pawnee? The hinges
are a weak point. The point where the hinge is welded to the frame
develops cracks. I'm sure others have had the problem.

Thanks

Charlie

Adding additional weld on inside of hinge in addtition to outer edge
solves problem permanently, unless failure is due to rust in bottom
tube.

The bottom tube on the left side is rusted. I guess we can always make
a jig, and create our own.

Thanks

Charlie
