Default getting into the airplane business

I'd appreciate any intelligent input into this idea I've
had presented to me.

Lately several flight schools have mentioned to me
they'd be interested in leasing a light-sport plane
from me if I purchased one. One person told me
about someone who did this with a new Cessna 172,
and it was paid off in 3 years.

I've not hammered out the details yet, such as the
insurance, annuals, lease agreement, or any other
contractual contingencies.
