Cessna 340 Tie down versus Hangar

Therein lies the problem. Here in the Northeast, where you really should be in
a hangar, many of the airports won't let you put up your own, and there are far
fewer existing hangars than there are airplanes waiting for a hangar. As a
result, the hangar rents are outrageous if you can even get into one.

I don't know where you are in the NW, but if it's anywhere in the
Seattle-Everett area, are you aware of the new hangars about to be finished
at PAE? I believe there were still some available as of a couple of months
ago, including some larger "twin size" units.
