FLY-IN & CONVENTION - REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE IS AS FOLLOWS:

1. Call the Tan-Tar-A Resort at 1-800-826-8272 and reserve your room.
Tell them you are with the Cherokee National Fly-In for the weekend of
June 18 - 20. The Fly-In rate is $119 for a single, double, triple, or
quad. DO THIS NOW BEFORE ROOMS ARE ALL GONE.

2. Go to the Fly-In web site at www.cherokeeflyin.com. Then, click on
the "Join The Fun" blue box in the upper right corner of the page.
When the dialogue box appears save the "Sign_Up.doc" file to your
computer. Then open the saved file using Microsoft Word, print it,
fill it out, then mail it to Ken Mason's address on the bottom of the
form. If you don't have Microsoft Word, or are having trouble
downloading the document, then go to
http://reachoutsystems.com/silvereag...rt/Sign_Up.pdf
for a ".pdf" version that you can print out.

IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THE ORGANIZING
COMMITTEE CAN FINALIZE PLANS INVOLVING A TOTAL HEADCOUNT.
