Default UK and Manila source for batteries

I'm doing a couple of projects overseas for my day job, one in
Scotland, one in Manila. For each one, I need several dozen 12v, 20
to 40 AH screw terminal starved lead acid batteries. Does anyone know
of a local source? I'll ship them if I have to, but heavy=expensive
shipping=fiance dept. complaining. I *really* don't want to drag them
over in my luggage.

Hawker EnerSys makes a number of immobilized electrolyte batteries,
including the Odyssey brand. They have good distribution network.

I'd look here...

....and then call their technical sales folks to select a product and
determine if a supply exists at your destinations.
