I need to make a tail dolly for the HP-24, am looking for a place to
get a castering wheel like I see on the factory made tail dolly's. Anyone have some ideas? thanks, Brad |

Don't say its for aircraft or ground support equipment. You may get some hesitation. I got a caster with a pnuematic wheel there. Tire was chinese, and its 15 yrs old now. Good for the cracks in the ramp at EPH. Never had a leak. |

While designing your hangar dolly, take a look at the clever jackable fuselage trailer dollies used on fixed gear 2-seaters. Replacing the trailer dolly's straight-rolling wheels with casters would make a very easy to use hangar dolly since you wouldn't have to push the glider up onto a freely castering dolly. |
