Call the Jepp office (phone number is on the website). They have
the charts for everywhere and anywhere.

when i am looking at runway 11, it stated that the other end is runway 22,
just wondering why the other end of the runway is not runway 39???

I think you meant 29 not 39. I don't know the airport, but 29 would
be my assumption.
