Default High Altitude Test Chambers for Sale

Always wanted to take that high altitude chamber ride? Never had the
time to do it?
Well, here is your chance to own your personal chamber to satisfy all
your decompression needs and those of your friends', too:

Scroll down to Event 1586, Lot 2800.

Just be careful whom you leave at the controls outside. The one chamber
is capable of 100k ft, which would create quite a mess inside...

But on a more serious note: where can I find information about FAA
sponsored high altitude physiological training. Seeing these chambers
up for sale makes me think that fewer of them are around and available
to train civilian pilots in the US.
