what do you think
scrap metal/rob the parts/or something that someone could use...

FAA TSO 10b is for an altimeter, so I'll go with the ad being bull****.

I pulled info off nomenclature plate.
Looked up pn with google and it crossed to the NIIN
listed as amplifier. It does have a port so you may be right.
35 lb seems a bit much for 'just an altimeter'...

Will cannibalize if that's all it turns out to be. Can use the
sensor for a project...

My goof.
It's FAA TSO 9b
Right there on the plate.
Don't know how, transcribed as a 10...

So what do you think?
Rob the parts or look for a home?

I have repaired my share of those. You are better off converting a blind
encoder. The amp for auction is 1950 - 1960s technology with about a dozen
tubes.

For all usable parts I'd go no higher than $40 or $50 since it is useless as
AFCS in anything other than the system it was intended for.
