It seems the reg. # is N767TT.

Well I guess it must be a loaner then, what with the green, white and
red Italian paint job on the tail, the Italian coat of arms, with the
words "Italian Air Force" right below them.

Pre-delivery test flights while still with Boeing. Italy ordeed four
KC-767 which are now in service.

I've noticed that several recent military aircraft ordered from Boeing
by foreign militaries are often pre-painted in the full unit markings
of the eventual squadron here at the factory; primarily the various
737 AWACS delivered to Australia, Turkey, South Korea, and India.
