Hi Charles, good spot, yes it is. It's the Letov KT-04 and a closer
picture of it will appear in the next day or so!

There's very little information about it, although it seems to have been
used in conjunction with the Aero L39 Albatross.

Ahhhh, if I were to tow that, it would have to be at least 1,000 feet
behind me considering the marksmanship of most AA gunners or freshman
aviators.... Radar assisted gunsights help, but.... you know......




Consider that some of the tow target pilots in the US during WWII
were WASP,s
