Default Tinnitus and NSAIDS

Andrew! Greetings. Reporting and asking for comment.

I have been on a regimen of 325mg of aspirin daily since we last met. I
developed tinnitus in my left ear (Spring 2010), nothing egregious but
annoying when there is no background noise. Must be a combination of
friendly fire and my "girly motorcycle" noise. lol

I cut my aspirin intake in half, removed any use of Ibuprofen et al and
the tinnitus ringing (more like a constant high frequency signal) has
diminished considerably.

Weight, BP, meds you prescribed, all stable, no changes, thank the Lord
for my good health and your direction.

Is the diminished aspirin intake a good tradeoff in terms of my blood
viscosity? I can handle the return of the tinnitus if it is better to
return to 325mg.

Cortney, It's sad that a man of your age is on multiple medications.
It would be interesting (sort of) to know what all Dr. Chung is
pumping into you.

It's seriously doubtful that your scooter's tiny 500cc engine makes
enough noise through baffled exhaust, to cause damage. Even to someone
as fragile as yourself. As for the friendly fire, I hear Beano works
wonders.

The most likely cause of your tinnitus is:
