Default Why no 18m class at Regionals?

There are certainly enough 18m ships around to support an 18m class at
regional contests.

Anyone want to fly 18m configuration at Perry and/or Cordele?

So far, I know of at least 5 guys who want to...... the usual answer is,
"yeah, sure.....uhmmmm, if there's about 10 guys."

So, speak up, please.

Hey John, have you checked with the organizers at Perry and Cordele to see if
they would be willing to have an 18 meter class? The water may not be fine!

Yes, I spoke with Rhonda Tyler about it, and she had no objections.

Additionally, you may remember, we had an 18m class going at the last
Perry Regionals, until one of the entrants had to leave due to a family
emergency.... so it's not like I'm starting up something new, just
stirring up interest.

When's that new ship coming? Want to enter 18m class?

Forgot to mention that I've also spoken with Clyde Taylor, and that 18m is
a definite 'go' at this year's Cordele Region 5S contest.
