Qualification & Experience:
Graduate : Any PG
Experience : 2 to 4 yrs of exp in US Market.
Shift Time : CST (Night Shift)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Required skills:
• Excellent Cold calling & Lead generation skills.
• Must research through different sources for generating leads.
• Must have Knowledge of US IT recruitment on contracts like W2
contract/1099 etc
• Knowledge on end to end US recruitment process
• Working on US time zone.
• Must have earlier experience in generating leads and pipelines.
• Good knowledge of IT services/ technologies.
• Experience in serving the Companies in Aerospace, Automation and
Control Solutions, Performance Materials and Technologies and
Transportation Systemsin USA is preferred.
