Default Cessna towplane

Contact Cessna. There are factory approved drawings
for a Schweizer towhook installation. There is a charge
for the drawings, but once you own them, you can install
the towhook with nothing more than a logbbook entry.
Since it is factory approved additional equipment,
and not a modification, no 337 is required. I purchased
a copy of the drawings last summer.

Who did you contact? I contacted Cessna and was told
that such a thing does not exist.

Thanks,
Roger

My contact is Joshua Sims, Technical Information Services
(316)517-5800. The following is a quote from the letter
he sent, dated February 13, 2003:

'...these drawings constitute factory data and a field
approval is not necessary for the installation while
done in accordance with these drawings.'

Drawing numbers are , 0500228 for C150-175 and 0712643
for 182-210. Price is $125 each.
