Default Aeronca Chief Gear Alignment?

The airplane is very nice, but the gear shows a degree or so
of toe in.
The owner seems to be having trouble with it (although I don't)

Anybody know either how to adjust the gear alignment?

Yeah, but I don't want to get into that old argument again.
Personally, I've flown them both ways with only slight differences
in pilot technique.

But this guy ground looped her, and now feels the need to "fix" it.

So we are going to rig her wheels straight ahead.

But I don't know how to do that on a Chief...

There's been a lot of discussion about toe-in vs. toe-out on the NAA
message board (http://www.aeroncapilots.com/disc/)... There's also
some discussion of this in one of Charlie Lasher's books...
