Sure, you can rent Extras and Caps for instruction; I don't know about
renting them solo. I think if you Google something like Aerobatic
Instruction, you'll come up with something.

We did our cross country in Pitts Specials, mine specifically is a Pitts
S-1D.

If you are ever in California see Attitude Aviation in Livermore.

They have an Extra 200, Grob 115, Pitts, Decatholon, and a T6. The
owner is a retired U2 Air Force Pilot.

They specialize in aerobatics and unusual attitude training.
