Default Strobe Power Supply Mounting Plate

O.K. I give up. It appears that buying one of these critters new or used
is impossible (yes, I called EVERY boneyard on the planet). But, I don't
have one to copy and I don't have any good pictures. I would like to
duplicate the original and mount it in the "factory" location.

Anyone have any clear shots of the beast and it's mounting in a
Cherokee? Plate thickness? Shots of the hardware?

I already did the "hard" part and ran the appropriate multicables down
the wings when the fuel tanks were out. I also have 2 brand new tip
strobes mounted on the wings and I have a new split switch. I just need
to mount the power supply.

I could take the easy way out and mount it to the plate just inside the
rear bulkhead (where they used to mount "old" avionics), but the factory
manuals say to mount them at least 3 feet away from any ADF antenna.
Also, with the racket they make, I want it in the proper location to
avoid the noise driving me nuts. Anyone have one mounted on that plate?
I have never seen one there.

By the way, how DO you get the Cherokee switch panel apart/off? It
appears impossible to get tools into the panel to change a switch when
it is mounted. I need to change the single strobe switch to a split
switch. I know the cheesy plastic overlay snaps out, but I did not see
any way to remove the switch panel.

Thanks for any help,
Mike
