Default Will N. Korea explode or implode?

The North Korean economy may be reaching a breaking point. See the
Nov 5, 2003 section of:

http://www.strategypage.com/fyeo/qnd...rget=KOREA.HTM

As its economy crumbles, will N. Korea lash out, the way the Argentine Junta
went after the Falklands when they began losing their grip on power?

Or will the country just collapse, USSR-style?

Or will it go some other way?

Anyone care to speculate?
