Some "about time" fixes to help people with the poor UI/IQ test
challenge of getting the SPOT into tracking mode etc. Also for folks
who have problems with missing track messages a useful change may be
that the new messenger will now retransmit the past two locations with
the current one, every ten minutes. See http://www.equipped.com/blog
