Maybe you can post some outside-view photos of that low-flyin' spruce goose It's not a spruce goose, it's a PZL Wilga-35 http://www.icare-rc.com/wilga.htm I have a through-the-windshield video shot from the plane, and I wish I could share it, but it's way too incriminating, sorry, can't do. BTW do you live in NY or Florida? In Miami for the last 2 years, and trying to avoid NY at any cost. -- HECTOP PP-ASEL-IA http://www.maxho.com maxho_at_maxho.com |

I thought that placard on the right top of the panel that starts "NE" was a registration number but I'm not so sure when I look closer. -- Roger Long "HECTOP" wrote in message ... How do you mean we set our altimeters to QFE everywhere in Europe?
I certainly do not, it is always QNH for me and a lot of others. -Kees |

Haven't seen one in quite awhile. As I recall from a short flight, low and slow was the airplane's strong suit. Just out of curiosity, are the cars in the video passing the plane? Nah, it's flying at 160kph (see airspeed indicator on the left), which is about 100mph/86knots. While there are people who drive that fast (gee, I do!), there were no carse passing the plane in the video -- HECTOP PP-ASEL-IA http://www.maxho.com maxho_at_maxho.com |

John Galban=====N4BQ (PA28-180) They are still available. There's a guy in Highgate Vermont who is bringing them in and selling them. While watching one circle the field last summer I heard the following: "They may be ugly, but they're sure slow". :-D Corky Scott |
