Default Electronic declaration (for Volkslogger)

There seems to be some problems with Volkslogger declarations generated
by other than the Volkslogger DOS software (that won't work reliably on
many recent Windows computers), e.g. the sector definition can change
(it happens when I make a WinPilot declaration and upload it to
Volkslogger).

I find it best, even if a bit slower, to do the flight declaration with
the three knobs of the Volkslogger itself. The snag is that you need to
upload a turnpoint database in the Volkslogger first. WinPilot is
unable to do this, so you need StrePla, SeeYou or the like. When that
is done, you can easily generate the declaration without a computer.
And each time, you'll have the opportunity to select your start and
finish points manually out of the turnpoint list, also checking the
type and size of start and landing sectors.
