Default FOK ILS

Does anyone know the status of the ILS at FOK. It has not worked for
two years now. Up until recently it has been NOTAM'ed out of service.
Now the NOTAM is gone as it is published out of service. Publishing
this is a step in the wrong direction - we seem to be even further
away from getting the ILS fixed. What is wrong with the ILS and when
will it be available?

Why don't you ask the right people? The Flight Procedures Office in the
responsible FAA regional office can answer your questions with authority.
