C-130s are not STCed. To change it requires a class B mod or TCTO.

Tarver, an L-100 is NOT a C-130 as far as the FAA is concerned. The C-130 is
not required to be certified, the L-100 is.

An L-100 is a certifed aircraft and a C-130 is not. Earlier you said it was
they weren't the same. Make up your mind.

As for the pension, I am no longer collecting a pension since my disability
went to 100% VA a year ago so I guess you are correct that I am not collecting
a pension. Now I would ask you to prove I am not retired but you can't so you
are dismissed.

That's what I just said, genius. What brought this all up was you saying a
C-130 was STC'd. All I said was you can't STC a C-130 you have to TCTO or cat
2B mod it to remove or change the long wire antennae.
