Default Good Electrical shop in NorCal

I have a strange, intermittent charging problem in my Mooney and am
looking for a good electrical shop. I've changed out the alternator,
battery, regulator, field wire, alternator ground wire and several
other items and I'm still having a charging problem. I'm looking for a
shop that knows how to debug an electrical problem, not just R&R
parts.

Robert,
How good is the ground between your engine mount and you airframe.
Measure the voltage drop across the two if there is any then you found a
problem.

I put two brand new wires there. I figured I should double up my
grounds. (actually the ground runs right from the back of the
alternator to the frame).
