Thanks. I've got what is I guess a US book on decoding the Metar
Reports so I guess it doesn't cover international elements.

Reports so I guess it doesn't cover international elements.

To be international, wouldn't you need to refer to more than a single =
nation?

Visibility - 7000 meters
Showers in the vicinity
Clouds - Few at 3000 feet with towering cumulus, Scattered at 5000, Broken
at 8000
Temp - 22 degrees C
Dew Point - 21 degrees C
Altimeter - 1016mb? Not sure, never used millibars before.
