Friends, in AWST I came across words "pultrusion techniques". What is it?

My first job was in an injection molding shop- pultrusion is like extrusion
(think of squeezing toothpaste out of a tube) but the force is applied to
the stuff coming out, pulling it through a nozzle, instead of pushing from
the end before the nozzle. HTH-
