Default Why Does Bu$h Have a Private Army of Tax-Paid Contractors?

Mercenaries or contractors? There's more going on in Iraq than just
fighting. There's also rebuilding of infrastructure, building of new
schools etc. But that kind of stuff doesn't sell newspapers.


There is no mercenaries in Iraq,they are all contractors or subcontractors.
Some are building contactors some others are security or Intel contactors etc..
Heck,I wonder when are they going to
"outsource" Presidents job.
