A series of very sharp color photos a photographer then recently found
after 50+ years. Featuring a very nice view of a battleship in the Sea
of Japan against the backdrop a frosty coast, and a bent-up Corsair
that may have been Ted Williams'. Also some Scots posing in front of a
RN carrier, local folks, and a lot of other stuff.

i like the caption for pic 7
they speculate it might be ted williams plane.
but... teddy ballgame flew an F9F Panther and that wreckage is clearly two
F4U Corsairs. it looks more like wreckage piled up than any particular
crash.

Thank you. I took that one at face value, not knowing the type of
plane he flew off hand
