Has anyone got a link to the 2012 BGA UK turnpoints list in .cup format for
SeeYou? I've tried the usual suspects and can't find a link.

Seconded.

I downloaded the 2012 turnpoints last night using TPSelect, which
automatically upgraded itself before doing the download.

TPSelect is excellent software and, for those who have shaken the dust of
Windows off their feet, works really well with Wine on Linux.
