Default Lake Keepit Soaring Club, Australia seeks Midweek Manager

Are you passionate about gliding,
instructing and coaching people?
Live and work in rural NSW Australia

Lake Keepit Soaring Club is located in NSW
(Australia) near Tamworth and it attracts
visitors and trainees from across Australia
and around the world. The Club is now
seeking an experienced and motivated
gliding instructor to take over the role of
Midweek Manager.

The Midweek Manager is responsible for
the day-to-day operations of Lake Keepit
Soaring Club with the main focus being the
efficient operation of the Club in the busy
midweek period.

Ideally, suitable candidates will be a gliding
instructor, tow pilot, possess a good
natured and helpful personality, and be
willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of
our members and visitors are well looked
after. You will enjoy instructing people
from ab-initio to experienced solo pilots
and managing a small team to ensure the
Club runs smoothly. Problem solving skills
and an energetic positive approach are a
must.

The Manager will be resident in separate
fully serviced accommodation at the
airfield and this role may suit a couple or
job share arrangement.

In addition to a modest salary, the benefits
of managing the best gliding club in
Australia include, free on-site
accommodation, and free glider hire as
well as the best gliding conditions in the
country. This is the chance to turn your
gliding passion into a career.

If you or someone you know would be
interested in this pivotal role in our club,
please contact the Club President for a full
job description and any further information
you may require. To apply for the role
please send us your CV and an overview of
how you meet the requirements of the
position. Further information about Lake
Keepit Soaring Club can be found on our
website - www.keepitsoaring.com
