Default Interesting Standard Libelle

Doesnt seem to be any Club Libelle in it, rudder is
a different shape, seems to be a fixed part at the
top and a linkahe or balace tab like a Duo at the bottom.
best guess is a fuz one of the Akafliegs made for libelle
wings, anyone know how to trace the registration?

Pete
