I saw that too and was wondering - what the heck is a G1000?. Don't imagine
this was the way they planned to unveil the new system. JimC "Foster" wrote in message ... Interesting: In the current issue of Flying, on page 40 there is a small article about Diamond selecting the Garmin G1000 for the Twin Star. But Garmin has not yet announced a G1000. Appears somebody goofed on timing their press releases. JJF
