You might want to read your agreement with EBay which bans advertising
in other mediums.

I suppose I see things differently. The seller "agrees" not to
advertise in other venues. Isn't that a pledge? Did honesty go out
with Clinton?

I can't imagine why - you're giving up your license to use the software
in return for consideration ($$). How can that be illegal? On the
other hand, the ability of the new buyer to enforce a warranty may be
compromised. And obviously, selling copies you've made of software
you've bought is obviously illegal.

If so there are thousand of people breaking the law on ebay.. and ebay
offering to sell used games too...

also to add to this several companies around here buy used computer games..
so if i cant sell it on ebay i will probablly go there..
