Honeywell - deleting GPS download accounts?

I have been very please with the Honeywell (B-K) website and the
downloads. Any questions are always answered. There are two sign in and
you have to be sure you are selecting the correct one. There is a
Honeywell sign in and an B-K sign in. Be sure you are applying your sign
in to the correct one.

I've written to them many times and they appear to be doing
"something" but they seem to be an illiterate bunch (this is Olathe, I
think) who can't read and can't understand what I write to them...

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?
