Not sure if they are looking for a Tow Pilot or a bartender but here it is: At least they aren't asking you do to farm labor.

RESIDENT TUG

Resident Tug Pilot required for 2020 season
The Gliding Centre has a requirement for a full-time tug pilot from 30th March to mid October 2020 flying our fleet of Supermunks. Previous towing experience is preferred but not essential. Preference will be given to existing club members.
The candidate will live on site at Husbands Bosworth Airfield. A caravan will be provided. They will work behind the bar in the evenings when not required for towing. Minimum wage will be paid for bar duties.
On none flying days the candidate will be expected to carry out tug operation associated tasks and bar duties.
Normal tug duty days are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.00pm. Bar duties are Monday to Friday 5.00pm to 9.00pm.
Minimum experience:
Gliding – post solo with knowledge and ability of soaring
Power – A minimum of 100 hours total time with a significant number of hours on conventional SEP aircraft as opposed to SLMG or microlights. Tailwheel experience will be preferred.
Tailwheel conversion must have been completed on Chipmunk, Cub or similar. Tailwheel conversion can be arranged on the Chipmunk at the applicants expense.
