He thinks he is a creative genius.

I don't have a degree in physics, so maybe if I did then this "genius"
thing which I've been assigned might be put to better use on this
subject.I have a gift for looking past the obvious and discussing the
abstract.

You can call yourself a creative genius when you've done what I've
done. My walls are covered with the first run editions of
/intricate valuable artwork/.

I have the originals safely stored away too. All these pieces were
commissioned before they were started, and they represent thousands
of dollars in revenue. They were all done by the same artist.

Yes birdog, but I have plans. *Example: why don't you
check around and try to rent a light-sport airplane. You
won't find one.

I guess you mean that there are none for rent at YOUR airport. *Mine, KLNA,
seems to be different.

That's awesome. Yes, none at my airport, or the county
airport north of me, or the county airport east of me. All 3
told me if I'd buy a light sport they'd lease from me. Also,
the fellow I called about buying his Pulsar XP (in another state)
said, "Hell, you can't rent a lightsport plane anywhere", so
that pretty much summed up his region. Upon checking
around, you pretty much get the impression that this is
could be a very lucrative market.

There is a university near me with a fleet of Diamond DA 20s
which I'm always crossing paths with at some airport or another,
but they are strictly for that university only.

Bottom line for plane leasing, you gotta keep em flying.
If they're sitting you ain't making money. The demographics
show a big shift to light sport for retirees.

That's interesting. A fellow told me yesterday that
I couldn't fit in a Glasair either, but I don't think he
really knew all the specs on the variants. Those
Glasair III's are rockets! These guys don't look too
crowded:

Vaughn.

That's awesome. Yes, none at my airport, or the county
airport north of me, or the county airport east of me. Or one my
Flight Sim on my PC.

All 3 told me if I'd buy a light sport they'd lease from me. Why not?
I am a rich genius fukkknutzoind with ****4brainz. What they didn't
tell me is that they would beat the living hell out of my plane and
leave me with a residual mess. Oh well, sharp isn't my strong point(y)
head.

Also, the fellow I called about buying his Pulsar XP (in another
mental state) said, "Hello, you can't rent a lightsport plane anywhere
you stupid ****", so that pretty much summed up his region. One
conversation and I know everything about him and his region. Upon
checking around, you pretty much get the impression that this is could
be a very lucrative market. I'm a creative genius. See? This proves
it!!!

There is a university near me with a fleet of Diamond DA 20s
which I'm always crossing paths with at some airport or another,
but they are strictly for that university only. Why I mentioned this
is to get attention and to prove that I know a little life outside
Sim!!!

Bottom line for plane leasing, you gotta keep em flying. Since I have
never been a Lessor, I am guessing so flame my ass off if I am wrong!
That way I know you like me.

That's important.

If they're sitting you ain't making money. The demographics
show a big shift to light sport for retirees. One and one is three.
George Bush is my hero. I take little blue pills by the handfuls.

*But Ready To Order!* - And, a lot of kit planes end up under dusty
tarps unfinished too. It's a jet...the price is about 39k. I'm ready
to order. ~rec.aviation.piloting 28Dec *2008*
