Default Simple Sledgehammer Fix

Simple fix for all GA problems:

Extend Part 103 to 1250 lbs.

Think about it. Oh yes, there would be problems. But keep the
government's ass off people long enough for enough screwballs, fundie
redneck morons, and maybe some protected minorities (Sprewells for
Cleveland wheel assemblies may help) to get in the act, like CB radio,
and you will have a politically unassailable mess and the market and
Darwin can sort it out.

And an attractive side market for "Cessna 150-proof" house roofing may
develop as well. More jobs in construction, too!
