Had an F-16 do a slow (dirty) pass down the LONG course on the Bonneville
salt flats suring SCTA World finals in 2003 while Al Teague was running at
400+ in the 76 streamliner. little later, that F-16 came past almost full
bore , showing off, "look what I can do"........

Wasn't something that anyone arranged, guess the guy was sightseeing.

anyone interested in what a streamliner doing 400+ looks and sounds like.
Realaudio movie. the last two people you see in the video is myself and
my better-half, watching the pass in front of the pits.
(We were pitted next to the Ohio State Buckeye electric streamliner.)
(Really nice folks)

No the F-16 is not in this pass..

REAL AUDIO RA player required...

I forget the pilot but at the Sussex airshow in NJ they raced a Jet powered
truck Vs. aerobatic plane. plane started at full bore and the truck at a
stand still.... truck won.

I might have the video somewere on tape.. gotta look.

I was wondering why Labatt would have been involved as a sponsor in Italy
until I recognized Gilles Villeneuve.
