Default This the same lady who raised the ruckus in SW Asia/Middle East?

The F-111 was designed by committee, and was equally poor in all
missions assigned. The nice thing about the F-111, over say the B-52,
was that its speed reduced the time required to splash into the ground
after being hit over the target.

Once they got the kinks out and gave it more power, it ended up being the best
strike interdiction aircraft there was.
