Default Smiley face on OLC entry

If you look on the OLC flights in the USA on 4/14/07, there's a flight
by Alwin Kroh. At the end of his name is a Smiley-face icon. I
haven't ever noticed that before. What does it signify?

This means he is member of the organization Segelflugszene e.V. and
provides OLC with 6,- € /Year.

In the moment the online registration form isn't active. You have to be
patient to get this smiley, too.
