KX155 Glideslope Interface
There are two versions of the KX155. One will drive a KI204 or 209;
one won't. Anybody know if it is possible to buy the interface and have it installed in a non-GS KX155 so that the radio is legal? Don |

Yep. It's an expansion board that mounts in the radio. It's not voltage specific, as it gets its power from the main board so doesn't care if it's in a 14V or 28V unit. You see them on eBay occasionally, but they are not too common. |

It's probably cheaper to buy a KX-155 with a GS board in it, and unload the old one on e-bay. Easier, too. -- Aaron C. |
