National Cemetery? Topic: As a member of Congress who served in the
military (former) Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham has guaranteed
burial space in Arlington National Cemetery. However, since the
conviction of Timothy McVeigh and the recent burial of a convicted
felon in Arlington Natl Cemetery many in Congress have initiated
legislation to prohibit those who served honorably while in uniform
but committed high crimes or misdemeanors after military service
should not receive military burial benefits or burial in any Natl
Cemetery.

(DEA Watch Note: Statistical results are rounded off to their nearest
whole number.)

QUESTION #1/2: Should "Duke" Cunningham continue to receive federal
burial space in Arlington National Cemetery?

As long as he's alive, yes.

If he is a Regular Naval Officer they can't deny his burial there.

But why wait, bury him now.
