Default Dave Middleton's Site Access Forbidden?

Can anyone give me some heads-up regarding Dave Middleton's Aircraft Add-on
Web site?

Recently, when I try to access "http://www.davemiddleton.com" or
"http://hot.virtual-pc.com/dmid".
I receive the message...

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /dmid/ on this server.
Apache/1.3.27 Server at www.avnet.co.uk Port 80 ."

I've used his site in the past and greatly enjoy what her offers.
Do I need to become a member to access his site? If so, How?

Thanks for any help!

Richard in Va.
