Charlie's Contract did not state, he had some
public responsibility off the set, to live
freely under all laws of our land. There are
places in America, where Americans earn
life term prison sentences as a "felony" for
getting a double prescription for pain relief
as paraplegics, but where doper Rush Limbaugh
escapes with a warning for the very same offense.

OK then, tell me where Charlie Sheen went to jail for his drug
problems. Last I saw he was still making internet videos.

Taking his kids and that issue, well, Rush L. didn't have kids.

If you are comparing Sheen to Limbaugh, do that. Saying "Oh some
economic classes are treated" different is another point. Sheen isn't
poor, so equating him with poor people for the purpose of your
argument is a fallacy.

Also, rehab is becoming preferable to jail for mere possession across
economic classes. Prison overcrowding and the fact that most users
have sad problems instead of wishes to commit mass murder dictate that
as a matter of common sense.

I agree that Martin Sheen is more honest about his life than many of
his critics are, but Rush Limbaugh is quite honest too, he has
discussed his rehab many times.

Also the people ripping Sheen tend to be Hollywood types, not Rush L.
who has steered clear of that scene. You may find that doing that will
be going after people who agree with your politics, or having to
choose between one (Sheen) and some others (them) that do, so maybe
that's why you aren't into that much more fascinating territory.

Charlie Sheen is going from Two and a Half Men to two-and-a-half
weeks.behind bars.

E! News has confirmed that the sitcom star will plead no contest to
misdemeanor assault stemming from his Christmas Day arrest for attacking
long estranged and newly over it wife Brooke Mueller.

Although Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin declined to comment
on specifics, the plea would likely result in a 30-day jail sentence.

So where does the two-and-a-half weeks come in?

Well, being the highest-paid sitcom star on TV does have its perks, and a
cunning defense lawyer is apparently one of them.

Sheen is unlikely to make waves while in Aspen lockup and his good behavior
will bring his sentence down significantly, meanwing he'd only serve about
half the time.

Sheen's attorney, Richard Cummins, has not returned calls seeking comment on
Sheen's dealings.

The 44-year-old shaven wonder is planning to enter the plea at his hearing
on Monday in Aspen on Monday. Before then, he'll need to finish up his
court-ordered 36 hours of anger management classes.

Sheen originally faced two misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and
third-degree assault as well as felony menacing. The felony count, which
carries a maximum three-year sentence, will now disappear.

Another bonus? Since Two and a Half Men is on hiatus, his jail time won't
affect its production schedule. Finally, everything's coming up roses for
Chuck Sheen.
