Default Jim Payne does the USA proud -- AGAIN

Jim, as always, congratulations for bringing another world record home
to the US! -Micki minner
I just love having news bots sending me e-mails like the following:

FAI has received the following Class D (Gliders) World record claim:
================================================
Claim number : 15270
Sub-class U (Ultralight Gliders)
Category: General
Type of record : Free distance using up to 3 turn points
Course/location : Rosamond Skypark, CA (USA)
Performance : 1003 km
Pilot : James M. PAYNE (USA)
Glider : _SparrowHawk
Date :25.04.2009
Current record : 799.5 km (22.05.2003 - Bostjan PRISTAVEC, Slovenia)
================================================
The details shown above are provisional. When all the evidence
required
has been received and checked, the exact figures will be established
and
the record ratified (if appropriate).
