Default AvMap EKP-1V versus Garmin 296 & Bendix King SkyMap111C Topo

Hi All,

I've almost completed a self build and I'm in the process of choosing a
GPS - has anyone had first hand experience of the AvMap EKP-1V - as it is
fairly new, I have very little knowledge of it - but it is around the same
price as the Garmin 296 & Bendix King SkyMap111C Topo - so which one to
choose ???

Advice on what to buy please.
