Default Canadian aiport diagrams on-line

It seems to be a reasonably well-kept secret, even in Canada, that we
finally have an on-line version of Canadian Airport diagrams, updated every
56 days.

This is essentially the Canadian Equivalent of the NACO airport diagrams for
the USA provided by
http://www.naco.faa.gov/ap_diagrams.asp
